Anatomy of Emotions

Anatomy of Emotions is a participatory art workshop conceived and led by Alessandra Nunziante. Guided by a gentle emotional prompt, participants explore where feelings “live” in the body and translate them into a personal visual map. Using clean, modern anatomical stickers (heart, brain, stomach, lungs), an A4 body outline, and layered transparent sheets for words, phrases, and marks, the work builds through overlapping levels of thoughts and sensations. There are no rules and no judgment: each person decides how deep to go, from a single layer to multiple strata. The process is designed to be minimal, elegant, pop, and tidy, ending with a finished piece mounted on a black A4 base and placed in an author folder to take home, frame, photograph, or share.
