IDIORYTHMIA - RE-U

BASE Milano’s Ground Hall hosts the French studio Smarin, with the support of Institut français Milano, presenting IDIORYTHMIA – RE-U construction system, a reversible and polymorphic furniture system capable of transforming the space: from an agora to a screening room, from a workspace to a social area or stage, with capsules for resting. The installation turns the Ground Hall into an adaptive organism that changes function and atmosphere according to the communities that inhabit it. Beyond being a spatial tool, the project promotes the sustainability of cultural work, supporting emerging artists and designers, in line with BASE’s vision. The preview will take place during Milan Art Week with the Simbiotic Spell workshop by Giulia Tomasello and Arianna Forte.
