"Ci vendemmia il sole," a solo exhibition by Jacopo Zambello, opens on Friday, April 10.
Among the most interesting voices in new Italian figurative painting, Zambello develops a research that interrogates the mechanisms of perception and visual memory through ambiguous and suspended images, originating from the pictorial reworking of photographic materials.
Born in Rovigo in 1999 and trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, he was an atelierista at the Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation (2023–24) and has received important awards, including the Nocivelli Prize for Painting and the Martini International Award. The exhibition is curated by Marta Cereda, curator of Casa Sanvito and artistic director of Careof.
