The IRINOX SAVE THE FOOD award, curated by Claudio Composti and open to all artists regardless of age, is now in its fourth edition. Today, the theme of food is strongly linked to that of food waste, which has social, economic and environmental implications. Cooking is not just a mechanical gesture: it is an expression of our identity and our origins. Some recipes are born from the art of recovery, recycling or valorisation of waste, adopting new production methods that are more respectful of the environment.
The Award is supported by Irinox S.p.A. and in partnership with Yeast Photo Festival, directed by Flavio & Frank and Veronica Nicolardi, and curated by Edda Fahrenhorst.
