What does it mean to travel? In the 'Tales from 1001 Nights', every story is a journey. The protagonists always have to go far to discover themselves. Those who travel, like those who read, do not do so to look at themselves in the mirror, but to meet the other. Every journey is a departure from the self, a liberation from stereotypes. History and literature always teach us that we have to go far to understand who we are.
