CIRCOLO, a Project Space by Saikalis Bay Foundation, presents “There’s No Place Like Home”. Hosted in an apartment of a nineteenth-century building in the heart of Milan, the show reconfigures the conceptual framework of domestic space: at once beguiling and dysfunctional, seductive yet disquieting and politically charged. "There’s No Place Like Home" also provides a cross-generational context, encompassing Italian artists born in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s who gravitate between Milan and a wide international scene. They work across a diverse range of media—including sculpture, performance, environmental interventions, drawing, video, and painting—interrogating architecture, spatial dynamics, objects, and their functions, and dismantling the bourgeois ideal of home.
