The exhibition Hollow Bodies by Giuditta Vettese, in collaboration with psychoanalyst Linus Güenther, unfolds as an exploration of Eros as a force of activation, both bodily and mental. Their encounter, visioned by curator Rosa Cascone in collaboration with CMQ Architettura, emerges from a transformative power of desire.
At the heart lies the need to awaken the viewer’s vital force, where erotic energy becomes a passage through the shadowy, spiritual, and unconscious depths. Eros is a pulsating tension, manifesting through the artworks as a generative drive, continuously exchanged between artist and spectator. Designed as a rite, the exhibition invites visitors into a synesthetic experience that transcends logic, encouraging surrender to a more instinctual and visceral perception of art.
