Iva Lulashi's house-studio, an Albanian-born painter who represented her country at the 60th Venice Biennale, serves as a pivotal hub within the Milanese art community. Each year, Iva opens the doors of this space - Chez Iva - to provide emerging artists with the opportunity to showcase their work. For this chapter, CARLA MAI, a curatorial project dedicated to the creation and production of site-specific performances, will present a program of performative interventions by artists based in Berlin, London and Reykjavík, aiming to expand the intersections between the languages of performing arts.
