An exhibition dedicated to the artist Raoul Schultz (1931-1971). A forerunner of some historical avant-gardes of the second half of the 20th century, he was a member of the painters of the School of Venice. Painter, illustrator, graphic designer, set designer he also devoted himself to visual poetry and glassmaking. From his first participations in the collective exhibitions of the Opera Bevilacqua La Masa in the 1950s with figurative works dedicated to the representation of Venetian architecture, to the more mature experiences of Curved Perspectives and New Structures in the early 1960s, he then reached a more conceptual phase dedicated to the investigation of time and memory with the representation of the Calendars, Anonymous Letters and Toponomastics series.
