The Somaini Foundation presents, until May 29, a large selection of the artist's 1999 inks from the Magic Etna series. The exhibition, in collaboration with the Maria Corti Foundation of the University of Pavia, opens the program of exhibitions and publications launched for the centenary of the birth of Francesco Somaini (1926-2005), which also includes the open-access publication of the Catalogue Raisonné of his graphic, calcographic, and photographic works.
Furthermore, it is possible to see for the first time the collection of poetic writings and project drawings created by the artist in the 1970s, brought together in a portfolio titled Corpo Urbano, the subject of a volume published by Johan&Levi, edited by Fulvio Irace, now in bookstores.
